I believe in the power of Yoga to transform the mind, body and spirit.

I can honestly and confidently say that Yoga changed my life. I began my lifelong yoga journey as a form of exercise and stress relief from a demanding career and was quickly hooked. As I continued regular practice the benefits went beyond the physical to learning the value of meditation, acceptance, quieting the mind and being present in the moment. I used these new practices to explore my values and strengths off the mat which ultimately lead to a path in health and wellness.

I completed my 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Mittra, an amazing Yoga Alliance registered program in Manhattan Beach, CA and was mentored by Erin Kirk, one of the most unique Yoga Therapists in Los Angeles.

I enjoy teaching group and private Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Kids Yoga. I bring a calming presence and sense of humor to my relaxed, fun, creative and well rounded classes. Through nutrition coaching and yoga instruction, my goal is to help guide others to tune into their bodies, stimulate the natural healing powers within and move towards balance, energy, health and happiness.

Reformer Pilates With Christy

Tone, lengthen and realign your body using the resistance and stability of a Pilates Reformer. With my guidance you will walk away from your personalized session feeling strong, relaxed and balanced.

This is such a fun and effective workout! Based on your goals, we can target specific areas of your body or go for a full-body experience including strength building and cardio that will bring you results fast. 

Reformer Pilates is also great for those who practice mat pilates or yoga regularly. In just a few sessions we can train the body to find true alignment and the strength necessary to safely practice common poses to receive the greatest benefits without harming the body with repetitive movement overtime.

Runners and other athletes love Reformer Pilates especially for its ability to provide flexibility and strength that supports their and enhances their sport.

Reformer Pilates is perfect for those returning to exercise after an injury or post pregnancy. Safe and gradual movements rebuild muscle tone, balance and endurance quickly.

No pilates or yoga experience required. Beginners and advanced practitioners welcome. Private and small group sessions available.
