I believe in the healing powers of water, food, exercise, love, friendship and nature. Growing up in rural Vermont, I was lucky to live in an environment surrounded by these elements. Since those childhood days, I have experienced life in 2 major cities, worked in the entertainment industry for a decade, and struggled to find balance and optimal health and happiness.
One morning I looked down at my coffee cup sleeve and it read "Is this the best part of your day?". Sadly, the answer was yes, so I decided it was time to start making changes! I finally came to the realization of what was truly important to me and what would allow me to find and maintain balance. In my quest to decrease stress, increase energy, efficiently manage my time, eat healthier, feel better, and find enjoyable exercise, I developed a passion for health and wellness. I embarked on a journey as a Nutrition & Wellness Coach to help others improve their health, prevent illness, and look and feel their best. I currently live in Newburyport, MA with my husband and enjoy yoga, photography, traveling, cooking and eating fresh local food!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I have had a passion for health, wellness, and fitness for most of my life! I grew up on the Seacoast where farmer's markets, delicious restaurants, beaches, road races, and active communities were all at my fingertips.
I am a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I studied over 100 dietary theories, coaching methods, and have a well-rounded, holistic approach to health. Adapting to a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be difficult, and I want to help you believe that's true. Feeling well includes aspects across the whole person - not just the way we eat. There is no “one size fits all” approach and everyone carves their own path along the way. I will help you uncover what works for you and we'll work together to reach your goals.
I live in Newburyport, MA with my husband-to-be. I love living near the ocean, cooking new recipes, waking up for sweaty workouts, and inspiring others to feel their best!
