This yummy Grape & Feta Spinach Salad is simple and easy to make, but the combination of flavors is delicious and explosive! Adding the pecans gives it a punch of protein, and the grapes are full of healing nutrients. THey contain quercetin, a natural anti-inflammatory that can protect against heart disease and they have a high potassium content, which can help lower blood pressure.

- Fresh raw spinach
- Fresh organic red grapes
- Crumbled organic feta cheese
- Raw pecans
- Ripe avocado, diced (optional)
- Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Fresh ground pepper
- Top spinach with grapes, feta cheese, avocado and nuts.
- Mix 3 parts olive oil to 1 part balsamic vinegar and add fresh ground pepper to taste.
- Toss salad with dressing and enjoy!
